Owner/Trainer: Andrea Rajniak Willden
Andrea has been around horses her whole life. She was brought up and trained by a very well known trainer in Utah who ultimately taught her everything she knows about horses. She has always aspired to start a business of her own involving horses and she’s super excited about her team. She is licensed through Farmington city and the State of Utah.
Her main goal and focus is to help build confidence to create a successful relationship between horse and rider. A few members of her team are medically trained from Advanced EMT's to Registered Nurses and there is at least one on site at all times. Andrea(Owner/Trainer) is an Advanced EMT along with her husband. We want to continue to grow our team and help people achieve their goals in the equine world.
Assistant Trainer: Kacey Thredgold Barnes
Kacey’s love for horses started at a very young age. Like Andrea, she spent many years competing with a well-known Utah Trainer in Hunters and Equitation. She loves teaching all ages and abilities and strives to create a relationship based on trust with each of her students. Her favorite thing to teach is Equitation. She has a Master’s in Nursing and currently works in Pediatrics. Kacey and her children, Josh and Jayda live in Farmington with their dog, Rusty. She is very excited to be part of A. R. Willden Show Stables and can’t wait to see what the future brings.
Working Student: Jakelyne Devey
Jakelyne A.K.A. Jake, has been around horses from a young age. She started taking lessons from a trainer in Utah County, where she started showing in the Hunter world. Later on, she moved to the Jumper ring. She has also had some experience in Eventing. Jake is currently riding for the Utah State Equestrian Team where she started riding with Andrea. From there, she has proved how hard of a worker she is and ultimately gained the working student position with A.R. Willden Show Stables. We are so fortunate to have Jake as a part of our team
Utah State University English Equestrian Team
Andrea rode on the Utah State University Equestrian team back in 2010 and is now an approved trainer for the Utah State University English Equestrian Team. We have had so much fun working with these ladies and having our private as well as team practices. It’s awesome to watch these girls improve and see how well they do at their shows out of state. We are so honored to have this relationship with Utah State University and that the coach trusts us and our knowledge with the team.
